Digital Assets (LUTs, Presets, Project Files)

• Strict No-Refund Policy: Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital assets are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the purchase is complete and the download link has been generated.

• File Issues & Replacements: If a downloaded file is corrupted, defective, or the download link fails, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. We will verify the issue and provide a fully working replacement file.

• Software Compatibility: We cannot refund purchases made under the wrong assumption of software compatibility. Please verify that your specific editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is compatible with the asset before completing your purchase.

Filmmaking & Creative Services

• Service Cancellations: If you have booked our filmmaking, video editing, or creative direction services, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled project start date to be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Any upfront deposits paid to secure production dates, equipment rentals, or post-production timelines are strictly non-refundable if the project is canceled by the client within the 72-hour window.

Physical Merchandise

• Defective Items: If you purchase physical merchandise directly from this site and it arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

• Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or buyer's remorse. Please review all details before placing an order.
