  • Purchasing a digital asset does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the product to you.

2. Digital Asset License Agreement

When you purchase a digital asset (such as LUTs, video editing templates, presets, project files, or footage) from our store, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset.

 

Permitted Use:

 

  • You may use the digital assets in personal or commercial projects (e.g., films, YouTube videos, client work, social media content).

     

  • The license is granted to a single user (the purchaser) and covers installation on devices owned by that single user.

     

Prohibited Use:

 

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the digital files with third parties.

     

  • You may not place the digital assets on a network server or shared drive where they can be accessed by multiple users who have not purchased a license.

     

  • You may not modify the assets and claim them or sell them as your own original products.

     

3. Payments and Strict No-Refund Policy

Given the nature of downloadable digital goods, all sales are final.

 

  • No Refunds: Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link provided, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

     

  • Technical Issues: If you receive a corrupted file or the download link fails, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt, and we will provide a replacement working file.

     

4. Limitation of Liability

Our digital assets are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

 

  • We do not guarantee that the digital assets will be compatible with all future versions of third-party software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

     

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, software crashes, or missed deadlines—arising from the use or inability to use our digital assets.

     

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • Prices for our digital assets are subject to change without notice.

     

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue an asset or service without notice.

     

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
